The CARBOKEG technology features an autonomous conversion system that is capable of transforming dry ice (solid carbon dioxide) into gaseous CO₂, used in the carbonation and extraction processes of beverages.

What is dry ice?

Dry ice is carbon dioxide (CO2) in its solid state. It is called "dry" because it does not melt but sublimates directly from solid to gas. Until the advent of our technology, it was not possible to control its low temperature of -79ºC.

COMMON QUESTIONS

How does the process obtain CO2 without using cylinders or capsules?

The CARBOKEG technology has an autonomous conversion system that is capable of transforming dry ice (solid carbon dioxide) into gaseous CO₂, used in the beverage carbonation and extraction processes.

Does TAP need to be connected to electricity during cooling?

Do not. The CARBO TAP refrigeration process does not depend on electricity. The only part that needs to be recharged is the control panel's internal battery.

What types of containers can I use on the CARBO TAP POWER?

CARBO TAP POWER can be connected to any type of barrel or external container with suitable couplings.
